아밀로이드성 단백질의 비정상적인 응집과 신경세포의 사멸을 특징으로 하는 퇴행성 신경질환과 연관된 단백질들의 구조 동역학에서부터 세포 내외에서의 응집기작, 그리고 병인분석과 제어, 치료기반 기술 개발까지 연구합니다.

From the structural dynamics of proteins associated with degenerative neurological diseases to mechanical characterization of abnormal aggregation of amyloid protein and death of nerve cells combined with coagulation mechanisms inside and outside the cell, we study and develop disease-based analysis, control, and treatment to fight against neurodegenerative diseases.

소아청소년 암질환

성인 암과 비교해 발생기작, 치료, 예후 등 모든 면에서 다른 질환임에도 불구하고 소외당하는 소아계층의 질환으로 연구에서 외면받고 있습니다. 환아의 종양조직에서부터 키운 오가노이드를 바탕으로 한 항암제 스크리닝 방법과 유전단백체 분석법의 개발은 환아 개인에게 맞춤형 치료의 기반지식을 제공하여 적은 부작용으로 높은 치료효과를 기대할 수 있게 해 줄 것입니다.

Although it is different from adult cancerous diseases in all aspects such as developmental mechanism, treatment, and prognosis, it is neglected in research because it is a disease of children who are alienated. We develop anticancer screening method and genetic proteome analysis method using the 3D cultured tumor organoids from the tumor tissue of the patient will provide the base knowledge of the customized treatment for the individual and will provide the high treatment efficacy with few side effects.
